By opening an account you confirm that you are acting on your own behalf and that the funds you deposit are yours and have been obtained legally.

To use trading features you must register an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Each user may hold only one personal account unless otherwise approved by WavexOne. Sharing access or operating accounts on behalf of others is not permitted.

As a regulated provider we are required to verify the identity of every client. You agree to complete our Know-Your-Customer (KYC) process by providing valid identification, proof of address, and any additional documentation we may reasonably request.

Until verification is successfully completed, certain features such as deposits, withdrawals, and live trading may be restricted.

Trading financial instruments — including forex, indices, commodities, and cryptocurrencies — involves substantial risk and is not suitable for everyone. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.

WavexOne does not guarantee profits or specific outcomes. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and for understanding the risks before placing any order.

Funds may only be deposited and withdrawn through approved payment methods registered in your own name. We reserve the right to request additional verification before processing any transaction.

Processing times depend on the chosen method and on third-party providers. Applicable fees are published in your account dashboard.

You agree to use the platform in good faith, to keep your account credentials secure, and to immediately report any suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for any tax obligations arising from your trading activity.

You also agree to comply with all applicable local laws when using WavexOne and to ensure the legality of leveraged trading in your jurisdiction.

You may not use WavexOne for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, including money laundering, market manipulation, exploiting platform vulnerabilities, or using automated tools that violate platform rules.

Accounts engaged in such activity may be suspended or closed without notice, and any associated funds may be frozen pending investigation.

All content on the platform — including logos, trademarks, software, design, and documentation — is owned by WavexOne or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our prior written consent.

We strive to keep WavexOne available around the clock, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or events outside our control.

We are not liable for losses resulting from temporary downtime, market data delays, or third-party connectivity issues.

The platform may integrate or link to third-party services such as payment processors, market data feeds, or analytics providers. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their performance, content, or practices.

Your use of any third-party service is subject to that provider’s terms and policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WavexOne is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform — including trading losses, lost profits, or data loss.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access to your account if we suspect a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or a risk to platform integrity. Where possible we will notify you and explain the reason.

You may close your account at any time after settling any open positions and outstanding obligations.

WavexOne operates in accordance with applicable financial regulations and anti-money-laundering standards. We may report suspicious activity to competent authorities and freeze accounts where required by law.

You agree to cooperate with reasonable compliance requests, including providing documentation and information about transactions on your account.

We may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect legal, regulatory, or business changes. We will indicate the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide reasonable advance notice.

Your continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using WavexOne.

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which WavexOne is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from or related to your use of the platform is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
